About Me

This is the section were I tell you how much I LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY.

What is the secret? I eat,sleep, breath,dream photography. When I go on vacation I miss my job! How many people can say that? I am blessed to do something that I love everyday. The secret is it's a gift from above with how I see my world. It's so visual for me. Between that vision and my love for babies, and the beauty of the pregnant belly I am hooked for life.

Throughout, the years I have read many books and had many guinea pigs along the way. I wouldn't be here without them. My degree is elementary teaching, but photography took over while I was raising my own children. They got tired of being my models LOL>

Ten years later I still catch myself crying during a birth, or while showing a client their images on a slideshow. This is the part of my job that keeps me going everyday. No matter how much I sit on that computer editing!!! ahhh

I try to keep abreast with the latest technology by working with other professional photographer's and learn many new techniques from them. My goal is to learn something new every quarter whether it's from a workshop or a photographer. Change is good and refreshing.

On a personal level:

I'm married to a great guy who still gives me butterflies in my stomach after many years of marriage. I have 3 beautiful children and recently my oldest made me a grandmother at 38. What is up with that? No, i'm not grandma-I'm "Gigi." Geez.. lol

I live life to it's fullest and being adventerous is a passion. I love to kayak, chase dolphins and mountain bike as much as my schedule allows me.

My top love in my life is my kiddos, my best friend; hubby, and my camera. Oops, had to put my 4th baby in there ;)
